Here's What People Have To Say

This Is For You If...

  • You experience high levels of stress and anxiety, which lead to self-sabotage and relationship conflict
  • You need caffeine, alcohol, food, nicotine, entertainment, just to feel alive or relieved from the stress of the day
  • You want success in both dunya and akhira but overthink everything, procrastinate important tasks, get easily overwhelmed and feel like you're behind in life
  • You struggle saying no to others, even if it's at your own expense. You're afraid to let people down and have a tendency to avoid conflict or difficult (necessary) conversations
  • You want to inspire others through your example but are stuck fighting old bad habits that keep finding their way back into your life
  • You dream of a deep, loving marriage and family life, but your past pains, losses and failures are still weighing heavy on your heart. Deep down you feel unworthy
  • You want to deepen your connection to Allah, to feel His presence, to be at peace and to enjoy your life deeply, instead of just going through the motions like a religious robot
  • You want to feel passion, purpose and fulfilment in your work and life, instead of just following the crowd and settling for the safe and comfortable option

The Double Life  ▼

From the outside, all looks well and good

But inside, you’re battling against your nafs, and every day is a silent struggle.

Work is going great, the money is coming in, you can pretty much buy whatever you want.

But when it comes to personal discipline, your Islam, and the things that truly matter you’re slacking.

Each morning you wake and think “today I’m going to be better”,

But come the evening, you’re completely lost in doom-scrolling, consuming junk, and getting up to no good.

You feel guilty for missing salah, for obeying your impulses over Allah, you know it’s wrong but something keeps pulling you back.

The Missing Link  ▼

There’s nothing more frustrating than desperately wanting to change, but feeling powerless, repeatedly breaking promises to yourself

What better way is there to kill your self-confidence (and others’ trust in you) than continually saying you’ll do one thing, but doing another

After years of failure and trying to force myself into being more disciplined I learned one of the most valuable lessons of my life

“You can’t beat the nafs with brute force and desire alone”

Change begins with self-awareness, becoming deeply present and therefore able to see beneath the surface of bad habits

Nothing is ever as it seems at first glance

You’re not lazy, you’re not weak, you’re not incapable or a disappointment...

You just don’t have the correct tools for long-lasting behaviour change

My Story: 4 Years In Hell On Earth

I’m not a sheikh. I’m not perfect.

I’m someone who battled addiction, compulsive behaviours, OCD, binge eating, and years of spiritual numbness.

I looked put together. I ticked all the boxes. But I was living in quiet Hell for 3 long years — enslaved by my desires, worshipping my nafs, obeying it’s every command.

My turning point wasn’t dramatic. It was stillness. Slowing down. Breathing. Listening. Returning to Allah in the tiny, everyday moments. Trial and error. Engaging in the step-by-step process of designing a lifestyle centred in Islamic principles and righteous values.

Now I help high-performing Muslims who are ready to stop performing and start transforming. Through presence. Through submission. Through real, practical inner work

Your Decision

The choice is yours

I only take on a small number of clients at a time.

If you’re serious about building lasting discipline, breaking bad habits, and mastering your nafs — this is your invitation.

Subhan’Allah, I’ve seen people’s lives change quick before my eyes

And I’ve also seen people who would rather suffer than put in some effort

I just pray you’re of the first kind

The 10% that refuses to settle for an unfulfilled life

While 90% continue on indulging wondering why life feels so hard

These are my final words to you…

Remember, the greatest act of service you can ever do for this Ummah, your loved ones and the world is…

To become the very best you can be, and inspire others (through example) to do the same

Even if you’re only taking baby steps in the right direction

Any progress is always better than staying the same

It’s time to let go of the past and commit full heartedly to the road ahead
